In dealing with data of our customers as well as of applicants, we adhere to strict data protection directives. Before every job to be carried out in the personnel development department, we familiarize with company culture and environment in a personal conversation with the customer. We only pass on personal data to our customers with their explicit consent.

Customer data are only passed on personally in anonymous form to interested candidates. 

A personal interview with the candidate is a prerequisite for us to pass a candidate exposition to the customer.
